When both players have Reinforcements X, do you reveal your reinforcements at the same time? The card text says that you add X amount of points worth of characters after seeing your opponent's squad, so I think you wouldn't be allowed to see their reinforcements before choosing yours. Amirite?

Yes, you pick your Reinforcements secretly, and then reveal them.
