Location: SWMing now in the 936
The card states "On his turn, if he doesn't move..." However, Final Shot on bloo and Dengar, Hired Killer do not have these restrictions. Is this a case similar to Darth Vader's reflect vs other reflects?

No Bloo is wrong. Card is right. Only on his turn, doesn`t work with the Boss CE.
