Atris's battle meditation +4 atk -4 def
Does Wicket's Traps -4 stack? Or any -4 ability?

Yes and Yes. Both would stack with Targeting (-4D) or Doctrine of Fear (-4A) respectively.

Force Meditation does not affect Defense. If boosts allies +4 Atk and enemies -4 Atk. It would stack with any bonus or penalty that isn't Force Meditation.
