I think those auctions are a bit expensive, but only in the sense that it's a lot to pay for maps all at once. $100 for 29 maps is less than $4 per map. It also has Grand Plaza, but not the others you listed. The same seller does have the ultimate missions books for sale, too, which have most of the other maps you need (auctions starting at $15 each).
Auctions end in a couple days.

I agree with FlyingArrow - it's a lot of money in one shot, but most of the maps you listed are going to be somewhat hard to come by unless you get lucky. I paid more than I would have liked for the CS/RotS UM books with maps, but I wanted to get them and be done. I wouldn't blink at $15 now, but that could go up a lot. I don't own JC Map Pack 1, so I'm quite tempted but really can't afford it right now.
I'll have to look, but I might still have an extra Muunilist map (the later promo poster printing). I'll let you know if I find one. If you don't hear from me, I don't have one...

Another user is selling map packs 1 & 2: roffleyourwafflecakes. In this case, each map is being sold individually. Looks like one map is missing, though, because there were 3 maps in MP1 and 4 in MP2. I only see 6 listed in his auctions. Lots of other maps, too, but only 6 from MP1 & MP2.
