1. Accurate Shot only works with attacks.
2. Accurate Shot does not work against Cloaked or the "super stealth" CEs.

For further clarification, Accurate Shot allows you to target characters who are not the closest enemy as it bypasses that restriction on targeting. It doesn't work on Superstealth or cloaked as they add an additional restriction that Accurate Shot cannot get around.

Anytime you see a special ability that specifically says "Attacks", its referring to a specific rules definition. While we may think that using missiles is an "attack" by the dictionary definition of the word, An "Attack" in this game is always when you roll a d20, add the characters attack modifier, and then any bonuses and compare the total against your targets defense. This is why you can't deflect missles, or add cunning attack to the damage on grenades.
