Thanks! That seems right For Lando and the Elite Mercenary, but the commander, I'm not so sure. Should he be worth more? His commander effect pretty much takes away the mercenary hinderance from all those characters.
I guess I should look at other characters in those cost range and see If they are comparable.

It depends on how you value Tac Visor (might want to fix your wording on Visor too; I goof all the time without spellcheck

lol, my grammar on the boards is legendary.
Anyways how bout this guy?
Captain Thrawn
HP 70 Defense 20 Attack 10 Damage 20
Special Abilities Tactician +8 Cunning Attack Rapport (Chiss characters cost 1 less when in a squad with this character)
Commander Effect Chiss Allies within 6 Squares gain Cunning attack and Extra Attack. Non unique followers gain +3 Attack against fringe characters.
Also Please feel free to add any other input. It doesn't hurt to get others opinions on this.

Imp, Fringe or a Chiss sub faction? I'm assuming Imp since he's possibly "attacking" fringe pieces? Without opinions some of us can't work or at least we work better. I know that's the way I am with my custom cards. Cost 25-27; maybe1-2 higher if he's an Imp.

I think it would be Fringe. A Fringe commander for Chiss characters. At least that is my opinion of what he is attempting to create. The Thrawn of "Outbound Flight."

Yeah he's A Fringe Thrawn, Outbound flight era. I am working on my own Set of customs. I am making my own cards on photoshop, Jedicartographer Style. If you guys are interested, I'll be happy to share them with you as I make them.

I will suggest "Mith'rawn'urodo, Chiss Captain" as a name. Only reason is that Captain Thrawn sounds like the Kurt Russell movie, "Captain Ron."

Here's a guy I've been working on. This one has been tough for me to cost.
Ima-Gun Di
Republic HP 100 Def 18 Attack + 9 Damage 20
Special Abilities
Melee Attack, Double Attack Affinity (This character’s squad can contain non unique Twi’leks regardless of faction) Rapport (Non-unique characters whose name contains Twi’lek cost 1 less point when in a squad with this character) Final Stand (When this character has half his hit points or less remaining, this character gains Twin Attack, +4 attack and +10 damage)
Force Powers
Force Points 5 Lightsaber Deflect (Force 1 When this character is hit by a non melee attack the character takes no damage with a save of 11) Force Valor(Force 2, replaces attacks: For the rest of the skirmish, this character gains the following commander effect: Followers within 6 squares get +2 Attack and +2 Defense) Force Strike (Force 1, replaces attacks: range 6, 30 damage to 1 enemy Droid) Commander Effect
Non unique followers within 6 squares gain Twin Attack. When a non unique character has been defeated, that character can make one immediate attack.
Ima-Gun Di and his brave clone troopers defended the Twi’lek home world of Ryloth with their lives. Their sacrifice made it possible for the Twi’leks to escape to higher ground against the droid armies.
