Both are flat bonuses and thus do not stack.

thanks in advance. They both are CEs that give flat bonuses to attack, so they do not stack. However, Atris's Force Meditation is a Force ability, not a CE, so THAT attack bonus does stack when in effect.

different names of CE stack. look at the different name, not the different effect. in you example malak gives +4 to followers, atris gives +4 +10 to handmaidens. who they effect are different, but they would both give +4 to handmaidens. look for named abilities like cunning, jedi hunter, momentum, advantageous attack, these would stack with each other to give a +8 +40 vs an unactivated opponent.
