can you use any of the v set characters in competitive squads like in regionals or at gencon or just tournaments?Confused

Yes you can use v-sets in regionals and at gencon.

You can bet your bottom dollar that if it weren't for Vsets there would be no 2012 SWM Regionals or Gencon.
