Can you use Captain Tarpals ability with force powers. So lets just say that Barriss Offee, Jedi Knight uses force heal can Tarpal's CE kick in and she can use it twice? Even though she doesn't have Master of the Force 2. I am thinking it doesn't but I am completely unsure.

It can be done, but you have to have a way to spend Force points more than once per turn, so having Master of the Force 2+, or a character receiving Force Spirit 6 from Qui-Gon Jinn, Jedi Master are pretty much it.

So you do need master of the force in order to rattle it off twice. Tarp's ability doesn't override it.

Here's a neat idea for you though. You can kill off Qui-Gon to give someone like Komari Vosa or Maris Brood MotF2 and then use Lightsaber Assualt twice. The more you know
