Does a character that is being levitated trigger Force-Attuned Reflexes or Jedi Reflexes if it is moved adjacent to an enemy with either of those abilities?

Levitation is movement, so yes.
As a note, Force Attuned Reflexes does not allow AoOs when a character enters a square.

I think the Levitation doesn't trigger the Jedi Reflexes, because it lets you to make an attack of opportunity against an enemy with special ability that ignore characters while moving (like Wall Climber or Flight).

It does let you attack characters with those abilities, but that is an expansion of who it affects rather than a limitation.
