Defeat a Force Spirit...Who makes the save? Options

A charracter with a force point (let's say a youngling) uses a force point (within 6sq) and tries to defeat Exar Kun, Dark Force Spirit.

Exar Kun,DFS has Dark Aura going (-4 on all emeny saves (within 6sq))

Who makes the save?

A) youngling @ save 15

B) Exar Kun,DFS @ save 11 (and Exar Kun,DFS may use 1fp to reroll the save)

I would say that the youngling does, but don't count on it.

The character that is being affected makes the save, unless otherwise stated. Thus, Exar would be making the save.
