Tactical Droid CE:
Droids are subject to this effect: Once per round, after initiative is determined, one non-Unique Droid follower within line of sight may move up to 2 squares then make 1 immediate attack. This does not count as an activation.
Heavy Weapon:
Can't attack and move in the same turn
Seems to me that a Droid with a HW can move and fire using this CE.
Is this right?

No. For all intents and purposes, the pre-activation step is treated as an immediate turn for purposes like that.

but you do not have to move and can still attack with the free move and attack from the t-series (Rolling Cleave precedent where you can do 1, the other, or both parts of rolling cleave).
