If an opponent wanted to defeat my Exar Kun, Dark Force Spirit by spending a Force Point, who makes the save? Me or my opponent?

the player in control of a force spirit makes that save. In exar's case it is kind of good due to the fact that he can spend a force point to reroll the save.

Yeah, true. I did use an FP to re-roll, and made good on the failed save. But I would have loved it if my opponent had to make a save of 15 because of Dark Aura!
