Do you use Sith rage before making an attack, or at the start of your turn? I'm thinking that you can't delay the Force points, so I'm pointing to that you have to use it right before attacking.

Any further explanation, as the power just says this turn so... Just wondering why, as with Dark force spirit granting sith rage within four, I figured that the recipient could use it then move out of the DFS range and attack with sith rage.

There is no "storing" of Force Powers. You must use them right before they would be used, in this case, before an attack. This is covered in the FAQ.
