I wouldn't mind having that feature. Where is a definitive list of promos? There are many obscure promos. (I'm mostly interested in the repaints and don't much care about the others)
However, I think it is safe to say that adding this feature would fall pretty low on the list of things missing or needing upgrades on the site. Unfortunately, Shinja's free time to work on Bloo is very limited these days.
