Command and Simulation Deck would make for some fun restricted maps.

I really like the layout of both of those. I'm anxious for them to arrive in the mail.

Simulation Deck is really fun. It may look shooter friendly, and it is in a way. But if the opponent has no Shatterbeam, those doors towards the sides really block LOS, and the towers in the corner helps a lot with the LOS. A bit tough on Large figs, with all the hindering, but it is a fun map.

I concur. Additionally, Simulation Deck has possibilities in multiple formats making it a 'must have' in any player's collection.

I might be remembering this map wrong but I thought it had some doors. Possibly missing some artwork on this version Matt?

Here are the numbers on the Maps of Mastery maps:
1. Mass Transit
2. Forsaken Lands
3. Mass Transit II
4. Forsaken Lands II
5-7. I think these are the Deep Vistas maps, but I don't have them. The Deep Vistas maps are the same size as the Star Wars maps, but the physical copies aren't marked with the terrain markings. The Vassal versions are marked. They're not rated for SWM tournaments.
10. Mass Transit III (I think this should be #8, but it is numbered as #10)
9. Mass Transit IV
10. Deck Space

Those are the numbers, but again I think it's better to just use the names of the map products instead of the numbers.

I agree. I think most people know them as Mass Transit I through IV, Forsaken Lands I and II, and Deck Space I and II (Deck Space I and II are different maps, they were just released at the same time).

Wow! Those maps are very professionally done. They look well thought out, and should be quite fair for both sides.
I'm guessing "sinkhole world" is Utapau. That simulation deck and the other side are my favourites. Very even on both sides! Smile

Christopher West (mapsofmastery.com, username on BlooMilk: MapMaker) was WotC's artist for the 'official' maps, so it's no accident that his maps look professional. BigGrin

Utapau is one of JediCartographer's maps. He also does excellent work.

Are you mixing up Deck Space and Battlestations (the two new ones)? Deck Space is the name of a map pack from a few months ago. It came out at the same time as Mass Transit IV. The two maps are:

* a completely blank map with squares that match the floor pattern of Christopher West's cargo tiles;
* and the other side is a blank map except for rail lines running through it like the rail lines in most of the Mass Transit maps.

The last few were on kickstarter. Quick search would get those dates.
