This isn't a topic about a SA that I hate, but can you use a special ability on a character that wouldn't be affected by it?
For example, can I use Kouhun Infestation on a Droid?
If not, does it still count as the nearest target?
So, if a droid is 2 squares away from the ASN droid, and an ugnaught is 2 squares further, and has cover, does the ASN droid have to use KI on the droid in front of it, even though it won't take any damage? (This is all assuming I didn't have Accurate Shot)
On another note, does Accurate Shot work for special abilities and force powers? It only says attacks in the glossary, but in Bombad Gungan, it says attacks, but still works against SAs and FPs, so I'm just wondering if this still applies to when using Accurate Shot.

If a character cannot be affected by it, it can't be the target of it. But they would still be the legal target. Thus you can end up in situation where you can't use an ability because the only legal targets can't be affected by it.
Accurate Shot only works with attacks.

Getting a bit off topic here, but how come Bombad Gungan says attacks, but works on non-attacks?

Both the glossary and the card says "when targetted", not when attacked. I'm assuming you are using the bloomilk glossary, which is fine for quick reference, but is not an official source and has some errors.

I mean, it says that you can redirect the attack, not the ability or force power.

Ahh. Because it's Bombad Gungan.
It is the worst ability in the game, ruleswise. The rulings are all intention based, and not rules based. It sets no precedents, and follows very few of others.

And it's the best ability in the game, playing-wise! Imagine if Mace windu had it... Anyways, thanks again for the ruling. In fact, I'm glad that BG is so unrestrictive. I use it all the time!
