Marka Ragnos, Force Spirit's Eternal Force Spirit ability says that you can use your FP's once per turn and MRFS's FP's once per turn, so in affect, giving that character MoTF2. But what happens when the haunted character already has MoTF2?I know some people are using it as being able to spend FP's 3 times per turn and the way i read it you shouldn't be able to do that. The ability states that to use MRFS's FP's, you can only spend your FP's once per turn. So if you have MoTF2 and want to use FP's from MRFS, must you only use your FP's once??

they would still be able to spend their points more than once per turn plus his points. so in effect it gives them MOTF 3, but with the restriction of one of them being from him.

Incorrect. Using Marka Ragnos, Dark Force Spirit's Force points limits you to using Force Points twice a turn. This is a similar situation to the interaction between MOTF 2 and Dark Master. Using the Dark Master character's Force Points limits you to spending Force Points once per turn, no matter how many times you could normally spend Force Points.
