Boba Fett. I do like his armor better, I like the green, battle scuffed, the cape, the jet pack, everything. He just seemed so cool!
That being said I do love Jango Fett's Dual pistols, there was something about that gunslinger style I always really liked.

ARGH! I can't decide! ... I think I'll have to go with Jango, just because of what he did at the Battle of Galidraan; he killed Jedi with his bare hands. One of the best Expanded Universe quotes of all time has to be: SIDIOUS: You were at Galidraan... Tell me, how did one mere man kill so many of your kind? TYRANUS: With his bare hands. That is just plain EPIC! I love the Mandalorians.

It's Boba all the way. Jingo is a phoney baloney rip off.

Boba hands down, it's not even close really. Jango got his helmet handed to him by a shiny-nerf-sticker-wielder. Kriffing Jedi!!!

jango: Firstly because jango is bobas father, secondly because jango followed the mandalorian supercommando codex, and thirdly because jango had much better training and was a much better fighter than boba.

I'm convinced. Jango's better because Jango's better.

I think there was a similar thread to this one, either here or elsewhere... but Jango is my choice. Trained by Jaster Mareel, and orphaned by the Death Watch. His Slave 1 was stolen on the run from Oovo IV. The colors of his outfit are much better (blue chrome and silver). He was copied into the clone army. Whats better than 1 jango? 100 million Jango's... He was renowned for killing Jedee, and escaped from prison after 3 or 4 years... As Open Seasons and Bloodlines point out, Jango was a caring father (using his son as bait repeatedly, under the auspices of training...) Jango gave Obi-wan a run for his money. And then there's the voice. Jango seems to have preferred taking live bounties where possible too, which is something his son would have done well to learn. EDIT: For the record, Boba's real-politik approach and "practicality", not to mention upbringing and mentality, really just make him something else altogether... almost to the point of chalk and cheese. Boba seems like an anarchist to me, anything goes for him. Neither of them is someone likely to be found at a bar, but if you did, Jango seems more likely a guy you could talk to (even if he didnt really want to talk to you, EP2 Kamino scene) and that approach-ability is what seals it for me. Jango regrets some things, Boba don't. That, and perhaps Jango's different ethos to the "Shoot first, ask questions later" or "DEAD or alive; emphasis on dead" approach of Boba. Jango was a renowned bounty hunter, Boba quite rightly is the most feared bounty hunter.

Well, I'm still working on reading the Comic's. So I'm not up to date on Jango's and or Boba's exploits outside of the movies. For me Boba was the first look at an epicly wicked cool Bounty Hunter. I just finished reading Boba Fett: A Practical Man on my Nook. It was Awesome! An excellent read. The battle damaged look has always been one of my favorite aspects of Star Wars. You see it everywhere you look. Most other Sci-Fi Military style movies and shows that I have seen, other than Halo, mostly have shiny new looking equipment and vehicles. Having served in the military and seen combat, the shiny look is the absolute last thing you want the enemy to see. Shiny and new just isn't realistic to me at all. But that's just one man's opinion. Jango is a very cool character. The dual pistol look was Epic to say the least. It was way cool to see the story of what made Boba turn into Boba Fett: the Most Feared Bounty Hunter in the Galaxy. Not trying to take anything away from Jango in any way at all. He is another of my favorite characters. It's just my perspective from having seen the movies in the order they were made. The Mandalorians are by far my favorite of all the characters in Star Wars.

Jango.
Two Pistols (Beast). Better Armor Colors. Better Trained. Actually earned his ship. Uses his gadgets to greater effect.
Boba is like an echo of his father, just one who didn't get trapped by a renowned Jedi Master. (Because there were very few left.)

I say Jango, because he was far better then what they portrayed him as in Attack of the Clones. He was adopted by the Mandalore, Jaster Mereel, so he has to be awesome.
