How do I move my inventory data of SWMniManager to another computer?

Easy, use the main menu:

Commands > Export Data, select Inventory

Name and save the file to a flash drive or something

On the new computer

Commands > Import Data, then locate the file you exported


Same idea for squads if you also use it for building


swmresources.com has the program and most current v-set file if you need to download anything again.

Thank you for the reply, Swinefeld.

When I try this, I get the following error:

"Error: exporting registry file: The requested operation requires elevation."

I am using Windows 7

When I try and Export Data, I get the Registry Editor Pop-up window asking if I would like to make changes.

I click "yes", but it still fails.

So I changed the "User account control" with the settings. (I set it to "Never Notify".

After a reboot, that worked! (just remember to change it back after changes to Mini Manager).
