I understand that via rapuung cannot get shaper because of shamed one.. But can he get master shaper? Or does that alter you attack and damage rating also..

No,, Vua Rapuung cannot benefit from Master Shaper.

So that means master shaper is also multiplied by critical hits?

The damage bonus from Master Shaper is multiplied by critical hits.
