I was drooling over the Maps of Mastery Battlestations maps over at Miniature Market, and I just wanted to doublecheck before ordering some, that they've been done up the same as all the other SWM related maps, right? What I mean is terrain lines for pits and rough objects and such?
A dense question I know, but I've been sort of out of the loop for a long while and wouldn't likely have heard if there had been any changes to this set of maps as opposed to the previous sets. Just being overly cautious and paranoid.

Yes, they have terrain lines. And just in case you didn't notice, there is a pit in the cell block above that drops directly into the garbage compactor below. :-)

Seriously. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mapmaker/poster-maps-of-mystery/posts?page=2The second map and the third map. The brown area in the bottom right of the second map is the detention block. Inside the detention block, there is one square that is a pit. If you play a scenario where the second map is the upstairs and the first map is the downstairs, then the pit falls directly into the trash compactor on the third map (the ugly greenish-yellow mess on the bottom right of the third map). These two maps were designed to be upstairs/downstairs, as demonstrated by the same docked ship - you see the inside of it in the third map, and you are looking down on it from the upper deck in the second map. The starfighters in the second map are hanging from the rafters in a very tall docking bay, and there are pits near the starfighters where you could fall to the floor of the docking bay.

Well im equally dense. Do these have green lines for low objects? Are they completely compatible with SWM?

They look awesome! Yes, they are completely compatible with SWM. The top 2 maps (Battle Stations I) were used for the Bounty Hunter's Challenge at GenCon this year, and the bottom 2 maps (Battle Stations II) were used for the Mystery Map tournament at GenCon.

They look awesome! Green for low objects, yellow for difficult terrain, orange for pits, blue rectangles for doors, and red lines for walls. Also some windows, just like other SWM maps. (Windows are are ignored for normal games but may be used in scenarios.) One of them even has a secret passage (ventilation ducts, I think), depicted as red rectangles. Which actually leads me to ask a question - how are those interpreted for normal skirmishes? I'd think they're just walls - is that correct? Or are they treated as doors?

If it is a red outline, it is walls. I'd have to look at the maps, since I'm not quite sure what you are talking about.

In the kickstarter link above it says that pledging $25 will get both delivered to my location. Does this include Vancouver, Canada?
Is this offer still valid?

Unless your group wants to make some house rules for them, play them like regular doors.

They're also used on the upper level of the Nova Eclipse map. If the ruling is doors, that's fine, but they look to me like they'd be walls for a normal skirmish.

Which of the maps is it again? It is something to think about and bring up with Brad, since 3/4 maps are worth consideration for the restricted list.

I forget the name of it, but it's the one with the interrogation chamber and the throne room, with the Death Star laser passing under the floor boards. Command Level, I think. The same red blocks are on the top of the Nova Eclipse, but that one is clearly illegal since half the map is the outer hull of the ship with no character-usable terrain. I think AG7 was referring to the double-thick doors. Some places, MapMaker has used two separate sets of doors in the same location... so two adjacent rows of blue rectangles. The idea being that they are in the same spot but they act independently. So in one turn, only the first door would open. One could be override-open while the other is blown open, etc.
