Does Rangefinder work with attacks made with replaces attacks special abilities like Blaster 20, Twin Blaster 10, Twin Blaster 20, or Heavy Laser Cannon and Medium Blaster?

Yes. If it uses the attack stat and is made against a non-adjacent enemy, Rangefinder will apply.

It doesn't use the character's attack stat, it uses an attack stat provided in the SA. But I guess this is how Jedi Hunter is applied to Blaster on GGDAC.
