(This is all assuming that Mas is not on the map)
If an ISP speeder starts its move outside of 6 from Rex, then moves within 6 of Rex, can it make all of its attacks? Then can it move away with GMA?

Likewise, if it starts its move within 6 of Rex, but then moves out of the range of 6, can it make all of its attacks? Then can it move away with GMA?

I think that you can only do the first one, not the second.

You would check for Rex's CE at the moment that you would need to use Greater Mobile Attack.

So, the ISP would only be able to use GMA in the first scenario, not the second.
