can characters with super stealth(from nyna or bacara) be targeted by force powers such as force grip 40 if they have cover? thanks

If the ability or force power specifies a "target" then targeting rules apply so in those instances, no. If the ability / power says "ignores cover" then normally yes.

No. Targetting rules also applies to Force Powers and Special Abilities.

They will specifcally say that they ignore cover if they do.

Light saber throw 5, for example

Lightsaber Throw 5 (Force 5, replaces turn: Choose 1 enemy within line of sight, ignoring cover. Make 2 attacks against the chosen enemy and against each character adjacent to that enemy.)
