This Thread is dedicated to those who have won the award already. This will keep track of wins it each time.

It will give the reason on why they were nominated.

It will also give words from the winners on what they felt by winning the awards.

(1st Winner)DarthJak Nominated For:

The reason he was nominated was because of the great deed in the trade section he did. He offered to give away chaser uc's & c's for free. Yes you heard it right, Mini's for free. Why you ask? Well he stated that he had way to many & that he would like to help people out just asking they pay for the shipping. So nothing in return basically. Man what a guy & very well deserves to win this & to be noticed for his great deed he did.

DarthJak Wrote On Winning The Award:

"WOW! thanx guys!
I just thought maybe some other ers would need the extra figures I no longer used.Didn't expect all the hub bub........BUB.
I shipped out 11 dozen (132) minis so far and have one request on back order (need to go through the pile again).
juice man is going though his minis, so there may be more free minis soon."

------------------------------

(2nd Winner)ChuckaFett Was Nomiated For:

What can i say about Chuck that we already dont know. This guy takes the time to manage the trade thread keeping track of everyones GTL refs, BTL, always looking through the long GTL where the refs are dropped making sure he 100% gives us our correct total of refs. It might seem like alot of work but i know it is & remember he does it for free & ask for nothing in return.

Chuck Wrote On Winning The Award:

" Thanks for the recognition for my efforts, I do appreciate it, and I hope that people find the GTL/BTL useful. Thanks again!
ChuckJ "

------------------------------

(3rd Winner)imyurhukaberry Was Nominated For:

Well he won this award because he was recently named one of the moderators for the site. But thats not the only reason he should of won this award. He is a kind person & is always there to help ya weither it be in the general's, trade, rules etc. threads & always gives you good feedback on squads when he comments. He is honest & tell you straight up what he is thinking, there is no beating around the bush with him so Huk, thanx again for all that you do for us..

imyurhukaberry Wrote On Winning The Award:

" Now what did you go and do that for? (haha) I thought about editing this and putting someone else's name in there...
Thank you for all the kindness. I only try to help where I can and spread the kindness shown to me. I was a noob at one point too. "

I think its time to bring back the Humanitarian award!
the last post was on Nov 2nd, and we didnt get a winner for Dec.
So, with that said, maybe we can get a mod in on this too to control the ticker and such?
Im just throwing it out there, i think the site could use a boost of positivity!Woot

i agree totally, havent been on much lately & dont think i can come on as much as i used to, but would be good if a mod wanted to take it & run with this. If not maybe i can start doing it again & think things over with it. Would like to see it be brought back still alot of good users out there that would be good to give this too. If any moderators read this, & are interested in taking this over & running with it.

HERE WE GO WITH THE HUMANITARIAN AWARDS RULES:

We will be using parliamentary procedure in the nomination process, so nominations will be the same, but a second of that nomination will be needed to place the member on the final ballot.

ex. darthbloo-I nominate mandoman for the award.

kraytdragon_ I second that nomination (mandoman's)

Only one nomination will be needed per member, and all members nominated with a second
may be voted for.
Any member you think is helpful, kind, generous, patient and put others before themselves should be nominated.

We'll open nominations for the month of December for 10-12 days,
then vote for 10-12 days.

Well Sithborg, i know i get on your nerves alot when you have to explain & explain & explain what you mean to me because im hard of reading lol, but you know what, you never complained & you still treat me like a human, & honestly, IMO you have the nerves of a Saint & i'd like to 2nd the nomination for Sithborg.

Thanx Sithborg for always being there on the rules when i answer a rule wrong & you dont make me feel like a duche, you actually explain nicely & never call me out saying i annoy you or anything, really means alot dude seriously.

I'd say SquelchDog

He's been kind enough to spend his time setting up my customs thread for me because my phone can only respond to posts, and he's also the most benevolent guy I know

If the number of emoticons says anything, he's ALWAYS happy and giving people a thumbs up O_O

Thanks, Squelch
