I might have some or all of them on my computer at work. If not, I should have the actual inserts and can scan them.
I believe Dantooine Base used to have them, but sadly it no longer exists.

Well I'm glad someone could help. My son got a Revenge of the Sith booster from a tourney yesterday and being 7 decided it would be fun to go through and check off everything we had and see what we still need.
