Map needing new graphics? Options

Well I'm really admiring the workmanship put into map creation. I think I'd like to have a crack at it myself. The problem is that I wouldn't trust myself to design a decent layout.

Any one know of a map design I could apply some new graphics too?

Why not start small? Make some tiles

If you do just go for it, i'd suggest updating revenge of the sith starter map. Its a good map, but unfair for melee pieces, who get slaughtered when they attempt to cross the completely open center.

Really cool idea. I'll start with a tile. Perhaps if you all like my art skillz it will encourage more project ideas.

Oh, that map...I can't tell you how many times I've lost huge chunks of my squad trying to get to cover against shooter-heavy squads on that map....In casual play I just put a tile in he center with some walls.


To combine both of adamb0nd's ideas, you could design a tile to put in the center of the RotS starter map. BigGrin

that would be really cool. not sure what to recommend, but red wall instead of green cover (or a mix of both) would be nice. one idea could be a fallen ceiling beam, since the ship is falling apart
