Simple question on Large base differential Options

I see there are two large sized bases, the older 1.5" diameter and the newer 2". They did the same thing with DDM back with War of the Dragon Queen set, I think it paralleled the move from 3e to 4e.

Does anyone know which set it is with SWM that they made the switch to the bigger base?

The larger large bases started appearing in Champions of the Force, but did not become the standard large base until the Force Unleashed set.
