After looking at the glossary, there are 2 types of strafe. The one that you can use strafe and twin says so in the card text.

Oh. Shinja needs to change the glossary then, because it says:
Strafe Attack: Card text: As this character moves, it can attack each enemy whose space it enters; this turn, this character cannot attack any enemy twice and cannot move directly back into a space it has just left. This ability is usable only on this character's turn. Glossary Definition: Some characters with Flight also have Strafe Attack. This character can move up to double speed and attack each enemy whose space it enters instead of using the targeting rules. Roll each attack just before this character enters that enemy’s space. This character cannot attack any enemy twice in the same turn using Strafe Attack, and it cannot move directly back into a space it has just left. A character with Strafe Attack can still make a normal attack on the turn it moves, as long as it moves its speed or less. Prior to using Strafe Attack, this character must designate a legal space to end its move in. Other characters cannot enter this space while this character is using Strafe Attack.
Strafe Attack (Twin): Card Text: As this character moves, it can attack each enemy whose space it enters; this character can use Twin Attack when making a Strafe Attack, but it cannot make a Strafe Attack against any enemy twice and cannot move directly back into a space it has just left. Guessing the first is the original wording, and the second was updated when Anakin on Stap came out. Whatever is in the glossary on swmresources.com is the correct wording. Twin always works with Strafe, with the caveat that if it is coming from a CE, (ie Whorm Loathsome) you must be eligible for it with each attack. edit: and there is another one for the thread I started in Problems/Suggestions...

Correct wording: Official Glossary wrote:Strafe Attack: Some characters with Flight also have Strafe Attack. This character can move up to double speed and attack each enemy whose space it enters instead of using the targeting rules. Roll each attack just before this character enters that enemy's space. This character cannot normally attack any enemy twice in the same turn using Strafe Attack, and it cannot move directly back into a space it has just left. A character with Strafe Attack can still make a normal attack on the turn it moves, as long as it moves its speed or less. Prior to using Strafe Attack, this character must designate a legal space to end its move in. Other characters cannot enter this space while this character is using Strafe Attack. This ability is usable only on this character's turn. Same as the first, but with the additional sentence (in bold) added at the end.
