if i have revan redeemed, and he has never tell me the odds, does my ntmtho cancel his so that my master tactician DOES work????

Never Tell Me the Odds only suppresses opponent's Special Abilities, yours will still work.

NTMTO suppresses abilities that modify initiative. NTMTO does not modify initiative so it is not suppressed by an opponent who has it.

Umm, what. Never Tell Me the Odds suppresses opponent's Master Tactician. It doesn't suppress your own.
