I assume they are legal in tournaments?
and if so where can I lay my hands on either the cards or a pdf I can print them out to use

Not sure about Legality in tournaments, I can't remember the exact ruling on that

They will officially be legal for major tournaments when they are released in a set.

In the meantime tourney organizers can make the call. (my understanding anyway)
