Darth V Agent of Evil gives accurate shot +6 and double attack.

Snowtrooper Commander gives +4 attack and squad assault.

Admiral Piett gives opportunist +4 attack and +10 damage.

When in the same squad do all of these stack since accurate shot, squad assault, and opportunist are special abilities?

Just want to make sure I'm adding those correctly.

Vader AoE actually gives Careful Shot +6 (and Double).

Careful Shot, Squad Assault and Opportunist can all stack with a straight bonus to Attack/Defense/Damage.

So in your example, the only straight bonus is the +4 Attack from the Snowtrooper Commander.

Everything there stacks, if the requirements are met for the special abilities.

(any different named SA can stack, but only the highest straight bonus can be used)

Thanks that helps me a lot and now I know I need to rework some of my squads a bit.
