Darth Zannah she has MoF 2 does she get MoF3 if I put the spirit on her.
the card reads :the chosen character may spend its force points once per turn and force points from this character once per turn.

Why not? Doesn't say that she can user her own, AND* (not "OR") Ragnos's?

MotF2 allows her to spend force points twice. The spirit allows her to spend force points twice per turn (once from her own and once from the spirit's). Neither allows her to spend force points three times per turn, and neither states that they stack with other forms of spending force points.
Case 1:
Zannah spends her own force point.
Zannah spends another of her force points (using MotF2).
Zannah would like to spend a 3rd force point from Ragnos, but Eternal Sith Spirit is both an ability and a restriction: "spend its own force points once per turn and spend Force points from this character once per turn". Zannah spent her own force points twice, so she can't use Eternal Sith Spirit.
Case 2:
Zannah spends her own force point.
Zannah spends one of Ragnos' force points (using Eternal Sith Spirit)
Zannah would like to spend another of her own force points, but she has already spent force points twice this turn, so MotF2 doesn't allow her to spend a 3rd. She also forfeited that option by using Eternal Sith Spirit anyway, since Eternal Sith Spirit limits her to spending her own force points once.
