For me it's Boba Fett, all the way. I was one of the playtesters for him, and the Designers even used some of my suggestions. He does SO much for the Mando faction with his CE, and he's a very useful piece in combat too.

Other than Boba, I really like Czulkang Lah because he's so much fun to play and his CE is perfect for Epic Vong squads.

Most disliked Epic: Lord Hoth, because his Furious Assault CE pretty much rules the meta...pair him with Bastilla and you have two pieces which will dominate every match, with 65% of your squad still waiting to be built.

Love Lah, just boosts the Vong to terrifying and gives all those force users a run for their money. Next would be Galen Marek, epic force beast and love the free shot reflection. Notable third to Boba if you give him crab armor and turn him into Iron Man.

Boba Fett, Mandalore all the way. He just drills holes in people and is near impossible to get rid of. May not have a super high damage output, but he can easily put out 100 damage and every one of his attacks is going to hit unless it gets Evade'd/Soresu'd/LSdefense'd/whatever. Plus, the proxy is a truly epic sculpt, and although I usually like to get customs, I make exceptions for pieces with a good sculpt and WotC stats that I will never use. (The sculpt basically becomes the Vset piece).

@GG That is an awesome idea. Expensive, but so, so worth it.

@tint: You helped design him in a sense? Woot I love you man! Wub ThumbsUp Heart ThumpUp

Haha yeah it was a blast to play "Iron Man", we use epics in normal 200 point skirmishes and that is one of the few highly successful teams, also tons of fun.
Another fun one is:
"Muppets"
Kazdan Paratus
Epic Yoda
Ugi filler

I think I hear an Echo in here, like I may have the same likes as tint. Boba and Czulkang all the way.
