So, can you crab armour/damage reduce/dark armour/beskargam/whateverelseyoucanthinkof damage from a rakghouls rakghoul disease damage? The save 11 damage? If you fail the save, can you reduce the damage because its not your attack damage? Or does overwhelming prevent that? Riddle me this if you please :) thanks!!!

the +10 damage is a bonus to the attack so its added to the damage from the attack.

The damage is then dealt with in its entirety. Without overwhelming force you could stop it all (DMG + disease) with block or parry.

With overwhelming force it would all go through. You can reroll the save though so there are other ways to reduce the damage.
