If someone with Twin attack attacks someone with counter push, and counter push is used after the first attack, does the attacker get to make the second attack?

If the character being attacked would no longer be a legal target after the push, the twin attack would be lost.

If it changes the targeting, yes. I'm adjacent to you. You hit me with a non-adjacent attack and I counterpush. This pushes you adjacent to a Caamasi Noble, the targeting changed. You MUST target the Noble. Same goes if I push you around a corner breaking targeting.
