If Malgus uses Face Your Destiny on someone who's already moved that round, and they're subject to something that allows them to move when it's not their turn, does Malgus's victim ignore the Savage restriction? eg Can they use Intuition without having to end next to Malgus or another enemy character?

My best guess would be that intuition would allow them to move where ever they want, since it is not their turn.

My guess is that savage would still be in effect but that the key lies in the "if he can" portion of the savage definition. With Intuition you only can move up to your speed (6 squares in most cases) so if Malgus or another enemy cannot be based by moving 6 then I wouldn't think savage would restrict your movement. However if you can base an enemy by moving 6 or your speed I would think that you would need to do so if you chose to use Intuition or move w/ Kelborn or w/ Surprise Move etc. Not being on your turn doesn't seem like it would make a difference in this case.

A character with savage must still base an enemy if possible when using Surprise Move or Intuition.

However, the part of Face Your Destiny that forces the character to base Malgus if possible will not be in effect as it is not the affected character's turn.

^^^

I guess that's what I get for being lazy and not checking the Face Your Destiny text. I just about had it.
