Sorry, i'm pretty sure I remember this but its been a long time: Tempo breakers (dodonna, mandalorian tactician, tarkin) still interact as normal with their CE's on the first turn? I couldn't remember how this was ruled after the initiative rules were changed to only allow one activation for the first turn. You could still theoretically get up to 3 activations on the first turn with the right CE? Or does the rule of 1 activation trump those CEs?

Yes, figures like Tarkin and the Mandalorian Tactician would allow more than one activation in the first phase of the round.
Dodonna does not add activations, however.

Dodonna does not add activations, however. Interesting. For some reason I thought he had similar wording, but i see now that he wouldn't have any effect first turn.

Also tarkin is a special case in and of himself, as his wording allows you to activate 3 on your frist inititive (even thoguh normally you are limited to 1)
