I'm pretty sure the answer is NO!, but, just to be sure I'll ask anyway:
If a character with Sith Rage has Master of the Force 2, does that mean it can use Sith Rage TWICE, for a total boost of +20 damage?

No. Sith Rage doesn't stack with itself. Almost nothing in SWM does. There are a few examples (e.g. Extra Attack, Mettle), but they explicitly say that they stack with themselves.

If a character does Sith Rage, then it is cancelled by a force power, can he Sith Rage again? (with MOTF2)

I believe so Typho. I don't think there is any rule stating that you cannot use sith rage twice in a turn. the mechanic stats that if you have two like bonuses, you pick the highest.
