Double and triple Options

So if you have double and triple, do you get to make 4 attacks, or do you just choose one?

It says instead of moving, so no, you can only use one, however, if you are somehow able to get both abilities, you could choose either one

No. Double/Double Claw Attack only allow 2 attacks.
