If I am using Darth Tyranus LOTDS and have General Whorm Loathsome within six squares of Tyranus and Tyranus is attacked by a melee character say Obi-Wan Kenobi or a Wookie with melee attack. Can Tyranus because of Master of the Force 2 use Lightsaber Riposte twice with twin attached to it from General Loathsome?

No. While you would benefit from Twin Attack when you use Riposte, you cannot Riposte twice on the same attack as that would be a violation of stacking rules.

However if Obi-Wan attacks twice you can Riposte each seperate attack and get Twin both times.
