I was just wondering about the technicalities of Kelborn's Relay Orders. Is he himself affected by the CE he is "relaying" or does he count as a commander and therefore cannot benefit from the CE? If he is affected by the CE then he does not have to necessarily be within 6 squares to benefit since he can technically count from himself.

You'd need another character with Relay Orders or the commander itself to be within 6 of Kelborn for him to be affected by the CE.

Well that ruins the fun I've been having. Oh well, at least I have the ruling right before I take him to a tourney. I'll have to wait and see for a second opinion just in case. Thanks for the clarification.

You can't count range to yourself; a similar situation came up with Mouse Droids relaying HK-47 Assassin Droid's CE to themselves.

Thanks. I would have really liked it if i could have counted from himself, but i just have to play around that rule now.
