Is there another place to buy JC of MoM maps?

mapsofmastery.com has Simulation Deck in stock. That's Christopher West's site (MapMaker).

There are 4 there from Matt Francella (JediCartographer), though. Anchorhead, Cliffside Citadel, and Cantina are all recent so there's a good chance he has some in stock himself if you contact him directly. I'd send him BlooMail. Jabba's Palace is in Map Pack 4, which appears to be sold out... a shame since it's probably the best bang-for-your-buck that you can find for Star Wars Maps.

I just now realized that they managed to pull 5 'Tatooine' maps (plus Simulation Deck thrown in) without using any from the Tatooine map pack - JC's Map Pack 3. All of the Map Pack 3 maps are still available individually from Miniature Market, but I guess that doesn't help you in this case.
