Commander Effect Range: Unlimited Options

Does this mean it travels through walls and doors, or does it need to have a traceable path with no obstructions from a commander to the rest of the allies/followers in the squad?

Not that I am positive but my group has always played those board-wide CE's through walls and doors as if anyone, anywhere on the map can receive the effect. Again, I'm not positive on that and I've never really been questioned with that before.

You still need a traceable path. Unlimited range does not necessarily mean board wide.

This is incorrect.

There is a difference between CE's with no range, the expansion of range that Booming Voice allows. Unlimited range is still a range. Think of it as Range 100. You must still be able to trace a path around walls and closed doors to be within range of it. Rangeless CE's do not need this path.

So basically speaking, if a CE is enhanced by booming voice you still must count range, therefore walls are restrictions. When no range is mentioned, such as General Grievous, DAC, you do not have to count range, therefore walls do not restrict it. Correct?
