[EDIT] Changed reserves to reinforcements
Can rapport kick in and be calculated after the initial squad has been built?
Scenario:
You build a squad containing 12 and Lobot. Can you now add Gha Nacht for free using Fringe Reserves? Once you add him you should gain more pts from the cost of the mouse droids which could cover the entire cost of Gha. Correct?

I don't think so, since he has to technically be in play before Rapport can come into effect.
But then again, rapport does work when you're building a squad.
Oh boy, we're in a logical conundrum.

A character that grants Rapport in the base squad affects characters in the base squad and any brought in later.
A character that grants Rapport brought in with Reinforcements does not affect the base squad, but can affect the other reinforcements and anything brought in later.
