Are there rules that dictate when a bonus is applied to both attacks or just the first?
Scenario 1: Princess Leia moves within 6 of an allied ERC granting him an immediate twin attack. Does the +4/+10 bonus from Leia's CE apply to both of the attacks or just the first?
Scenario 2: A crab droid that has twin attack via GGDAC moves 6 and then attacks an adjacent enemy. Does the +4/+10 bonus from momentum apply to both of the twin attacks or just the first?

Leia does not grant the ERC a twin attack - twin attack happens automatically whenever that character attacks. The twin does not get the bonus. 2) Momentum affects all attacks on the Crab Droid's turn if it moves before attacking. The bonus applies to both parts of the twin attack.
