Yeah, I agree. I'm not sure it could actually be done, past maybe winning one Regional with it.

Okay, if anyone ever wins Gen Con with an all-fringe squad, I'll make you...uh, I don't know, an entire custom set, vigorously playtested and complete with scenarios, etc.

I assume they have a special plan - maybe a really strong piece that can only be in a fringe-only squad, or a stat bonus if you only have fringe allies within 6 squares. But I'm interested to see how they do it.

That would be my guess, a Damage boost. Would fit the pattern of recent characters like S&V Leia.
