The wording is confusing me, are you only able to move 6 squares and make all of your attacks or can you move 12?

You may move up to six squares, it is like a more restrictive Greater Mobile Attack

Technically its your speed, which in most cases is 6.However if you gave that ability to Jarael she could move her speed of 8 first or if you were able to give it to Jabba Crime Lord he could only move his speed of 2 first.

No. You end your movement then make your attacks. Another reason those abilities aren't as good as GMA.

Actually you can move after your attacks with Ambush and Mobile

Yes, you can use Ambush/Backlash/Garm's CE with Mobile Attack.
