I wanted to know if Holo Veers was the only piece who had FSM ( thought I remembered somebody else) and after checking the FSM ability, Bloomilk reported No Characters ..... not even Veers .... hmmmmm.

Cassus Fett Also grants it.
As for why it doesn't show up, it's because the characters themselves do not have the ability, they just grant it to another character.

Interesting that it doesn't show for that reason. I'd always assumed that if it was a SA on the card, it technically was attached to the figure and would show up on a search as such, even if its only in their CE. Are there many others like that, or just the stray little seen SA's?

It's more the norm, rather than the exception to have a commander that grants an ability they don't have themselves.
